Yes.You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.Please email hello@essenceatelierhome.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.Returned pieces should be in their original condition and carefully packaged.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the parcel.If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us and we will help arrange the appropriate solution.

Pieces made specifically to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or damaged.A standard Essence Atelier Home piece is not considered personalised simply because it has been made by hand.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@essenceatelierhome.com.Include your order number and clear photographs of:the damaged piece;the internal packaging; andthe external packaging.We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.

Not necessarily.Small air bubbles, subtle surface markings, variations in colour, marbling and texture are natural characteristics of our handmade pieces.They are part of the making process rather than faults.If you are unsure about your piece, send us a photograph and we will be happy to look at it with you.
